Not feeling the glow? No problem. You’ve got 60 days to change your mind, and we’ll send you a free return shipping label—no restocking fees or surprises.
Opened the box and tested the light? That’s totally fine. All we ask is that the bulb comes back in its original, undamaged packaging so we can find it a new home.

Damages or Wrong Orders:
Check your order when it arrives, and if anything’s off—damaged or incorrect—let us know right away so we can make it right.
Exchanges:
Need a different item? The easiest way is to return the one you’ve got, and once we accept it, just place a new order for what you want.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. If everything looks good, we’ll process your refund using the original payment method within 10 business days.
Keep in mind, it can take a little time for your bank or credit card company to handle the refund on their end. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we approved your return, just reach out at hello@sunsy.co.
