Which color temperature should I choose?

It depends on the room and time of day. 2700K is warm and relaxed – great for bedrooms, living rooms, and anywhere you wind down in the evening. 4000K is a balanced neutral white that works well in kitchens, home offices, and everyday spaces. 5700K is the brightest and closest to midday sunlight – ideal for workspaces, gyms, or anywhere you want to feel alert and focused.

Will Sunsy bulbs fit my existing lamps?

Yes. Shine bulbs come in three shapes – A19, BR30, and B12 – covering the most common fittings in any home. If your lamp takes a standard bulb, there's a Shine that fits it. No adapters, no rewiring, nothing extra needed.

Are these therapy lamps?

Not in the clinical sense. Shine bulbs aren't medical devices and aren't intended to treat or diagnose anything. What they do is bring genuinely full-spectrum, flicker-free light into your home – the kind that's closer to natural daylight than most indoor lighting ever gets. Many customers notice a real difference in how they feel, but we keep our claims honest and our data public.

Are they flicker-free?

Yes – measured and verified, not just claimed. Shine bulbs run at under 1% flicker thanks to constant current DC drivers, which is well below the threshold where most people feel any effect. We publish the waveform data for every SKU if you want to see it for yourself.

Why are they more expensive than ordinary LEDs?

Because the inside of the bulb is built differently. SunLike full-spectrum diodes, constant current DC drivers, thick aluminum housing, and thermal potting silicone all cost more than the components in a standard $5 bulb – and they perform differently too. You're paying for light that's measurably better, from a bulb that's built to last.

Should I buy one bulb or a bundle?

If you're curious, one bulb is a perfectly good place to start – pick the shape and temperature that suits the room you spend the most time in. That said, most customers end up coming back for more once they notice the difference, so bundling from the start saves you up to 20% and means you can get the right light into every room from day one.
