At Sunsy, we like to keep things simple, honest, and worry-free. You’ve just invested in a light bulb that brings a little sunshine into your life, and we want to make sure you stay bright and happy with your purchase.

Here’s the deal:

• 3 Years of Worry-Free Light: If your bulb flickers out within 3 years, we’ll send you a replacement, no need for drama. No “3 hours per day” nonsense here—we trust you to use it how you want.
• Dropped it? Don’t sweat it: Our bulbs are built to last. Thanks to some fancy internal design, they can handle a few knocks. But if you drop it, and it stops working—guess what? You’re still covered.
• God vs. Light Bulbs: Lightning strike? Flood? Act of God? No problem, we’ll replace your bulb. Sure, some companies won’t, but we’ve got a thing for miracles.
• Keep it cool (but not too cool): Our bulbs work best outside of enclosures and in normal room temperatures. But honestly, we can’t tell if you followed this or not—so if your bulb stops shining, we won’t hassle you over the fine print.

If you purchased through Amazon, send us an email at hello@sunsy.co or send us a message on our contact page.

We'll just need your Amazon order number (it should look something like this:
Order # 113-8781422-5035662, as well as the reason for the warranty claim.

Once we verify your warranty we'll send your new lights right away 😁
